Over the past year, we’ve shifted gears when it comes to technology on our production floor. Our goal is to provide comprehensive, end-to-end solutions – even for heavy-duty parts and massive assemblies. We now hold a true advantage in handling heavy components, long axes (up to 3.2 meters!), and large diameters (up to 600 mm), all without compromising a single millimeter of stability and precision.
So, what’s new?
We’ve significantly expanded our CNC Machining Department.
Alongside our established capabilities (laser cutting, aerospace welding, metal bending, and more), we’ve brought in heavy hitters like advanced turning and milling machines -spearheaded by the PUMA 700LM II and the HWACHEON Hi-TECH 650AXL.
And this is just the beginning. We are currently implementing Cobots (collaborative robots) to work seamlessly alongside our skilled team, streamlining and refining our workflows. Combined with our new MES system for smart, digital shop-floor management, we are merging decades of experience with the forefront of technology.
