About ten months ago, we took a major step by implementing “Integral” – an advanced Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Our goal was simple: to gain a highly accurate, reliable, and clear real-time picture of everything happening in our facility. For us, nothing beats data-driven, real-time management over gut feelings.
We are incredibly proud of the full collaboration among our teams, who understand that whatever doesn’t move forward gets left behind. Currently, Palbam’s teams, together with the Integral experts and Amir Berman, are deploying new modules that will take us another step forward:
🔹 Advanced Scheduling Module: Optimizes production resources based on loads and constraints, enabling smarter and more precise machine routing.
🔹 Quality Management (NCR): Provides full transparency in managing non-conformances and deviations, tracking corrective actions efficiently. Soon, we will expand this module to manage training and certifications as well.
🔹 Engineering Task Tracking: Enables tighter synchronization between engineering, production, and quality assurance, including time and cost controls. We are keeping our finger on the pulse at every stage, from design to manufacturing.
